What information do we collect?
When you fill in the quote request form: your name, phone number, email, project address and project description. We also collect the information, photos or drawings you send us by email or phone.
How do we collect it?
Through the form on our website, by email and by phone. Our website is hosted by Wix.com, which processes the information submitted through the form on our behalf.
Why do we collect it?
- To answer your request and call you back.
- To prepare a quote for your project.
- To carry out the mandate if you accept it.
We do not sell your information and do not use it for other purposes without your consent.
Cookies and visit statistics
Only with your consent, we use Google Analytics (Google LLC) to measure website traffic: pages viewed, traffic sources, device type. This data is used only to improve the website. It may be processed outside Québec, including in the United States, by Google. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4 and data is kept for at most 14 months. On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or refuse these cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of each page.
Who has access to your information?
The members of Conseil Batitech who handle your request, and our technical providers, such as our host Wix.com and, if you consent, Google Analytics, only as needed for the service.
How long do we keep it?
A quote request that does not lead to a mandate is kept for 1 year, then deleted. For completed mandates, information is kept for the period required by our professional obligations.

You may ask to access the information we hold about you and to have it corrected. Write to the person in charge below.
